Preorder stocks will take around 4 weeks’ time for International address, 3 weeks for local address in Singapore

*If other ready items (s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the preorder item arrives. If you would like your ready item(s) to be dispatched first, kindly make the orders separately.

*There is strictly no refunds if one backs out of paid preorder.

Worldwide Shipping

Free Local Shipping : Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders of 2 items or more. (Singapore and Malaysia only)

Free International Shipping : Enjoy complimentary shipping oversea with SGD200 amount spend or more.

Processing Time : Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day after processing.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe :
- Local Orders (Singapore) : 3-5 business days
- International Orders : 10-12 business days

Pre-order Information :
For pre-ordered items, we'll dispatch your order within 2-3 weeks. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email to track your package.


Preorder Item(s) for Local or International Orders:
If your order consists of a preorder item, your order will only be shipped after the Preorder stocks have arrived if the standard delivery is chosen.
Each order will be entitled to a one-time Complimentary Standard shipping on orders of 3 items or more, kindly split shipment between instock and preorders items if you would like to receive the ready item(s) first.
